One pain point in the company was found within the customer service department. The department used manually created lists of services rendered. At the end of every shift, these lists had to be gathered, counted and the data transferred into a database.

This form of manual labor led to extra costs of ~125,000 Euro annually and was a source of mistakes.

Together with a coder, I created a software which would gather the information directly from the customer service agent. It was also able to be used for different projects at the same time and create reports with a few clicks.

This reduced the manual labor to almost nill on this matter. The costs to create and implement the software was amortized within 6 months of usage.
